Here’s another cocktail using our artisanal cold brew coffee liqueur, an original Ulmus Cocktail.
Fruity grappa and brooding coffee intermingle with the herbaceous bitterness of the amaro and a nutty depth from Oloroso Sherry. An orange twist ties everything together, and the final result is a deep and complex flavor profile with a long and bittersweet finish.
Inexplicably, distinct chocolate notes appear, even though it contains none.
Great as either an aperitivo or to finish off a late lunch.

Ulmus is the genus name of the elm trees. Since the early 20th century, the elms became increasingly rare in Europe due to fungal infection spread by bark beetles. All the large and old elms are gone now, but smaller trees are becoming common again, standing as a stalwart symbol of native flora regeneration and restorative efforts.
